WHAT DOES ASTRO JAGRAN DO?
Astro Jagran provides a guidance platform which allows members to locate an Astrologer, seek guidance and advice from these Astrologers, book online Pujas, purchase authentic Astrology products, and more. Astro Jagran facilitates one on one communication between the user and the Astrologers through direct consultation via chat or call, and messages and allows the users to pay for services requested from an Astrologer.
The call feature of Astro Jagran, i.e Talk To Astrologer service, is only available in India.

Personally Identifiable Information
When registering with Astro Jagran To access or use the Astro Jagran website or application, the user will have to create an account. While registering and creating an account, we might ask for the personal information which includes but is not limited to email address, mobile number, birth details, gender, marital status among others.
We collect your email address/ mobile number along with a password or OTP to ensure the security of your Astro Jagran account and to provide you with personalized Email or SMS services.
- When communicating with Astrologers
Any personal information you provide to our astrologers while you connect with them via chat, call or message. Please note, that if you do not wish to share such personal information with the astrologer, then do not do so.
- When booking a service
Although, we request financial information from you such as your card details. However, neither do we collect or have access to any financial details provided by you. This information is directly provided to our third party payment gateways that handle, process and store this information for you to purchase a product from the website or application. Currently, we use Stripe, CCAvenue, Razorpay and Paytm as our third party payment gateways. Our payment gateways have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and are PCI-DSS compliant. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry and thus a high level of payment security is maintained at these gateways.

When you have a session with an astrologer, it is up to you what kind of information you wish to provide and to what extent. Astro Jagran will not be responsible for how the astrologer uses the information shared by you.

Data Deletion Request By User
We collect the user’s name and email address when they register or create an account with Astro jagran. The user uses this Email address to log into the application.
Astro Jagran also facilitates removal of your data or personal information as per your request. You can follow the steps below to request data deletion from your account :
